What happens if the photographer can’t make it to the wedding?

Besides being a fully insured LLC, in the unfortunate event that we are unable to cover your wedding we have a few contingencies in place. We have formed very strong relationships with a few great photographers and have a strong network of professionals that can "cover" our assignments in the unlikely were to occur.

How much is an extra hour of coverage?

Whether the party is still raging on or your wedding is a little behind schedule chances are you may want additional coverage. With that in mind, we would invoice you an additional $90 per every working hour after the agreed upon time. During consultations, we do discuss the possibility and many times additional coverage is booked prior to the wedding day.

How long is the turnaround time to receive our images?

We have a turnaround of 2-6 weeks for photos and 90 days for video work. In some cases, we do send out sneak peaks a few days after the wedding day and for our brides who need the photos in a hurry we have a rush order option as well.

How far in advance do I need to book with you?

We have been booked to cover weddings as short of 3 months notice - we don't judge! If we are available and we are the right fit for you; we will be there when you need us!

How would you describe your photography style (e.g. traditional, photojournalistic, fine-art, moody)?

We PIRDE ourselves in documenting with a timeless-elegance that meets fine art and a ton of photojournalistic - we love being out of the moment and barely there unless we necessarily have to be.

Can I give you a list of specific shots we would like?

Certainly, if you have compiled a list of shots you would love to have replicated - send them our way. We are confident that we can deliver a beautiful experience for you and your family with or without a shot list!

How much of a deposit do you require and when is it due?

We do require a 30% retainer to reserve a booking, payments can be made up to 30 days prior to the event date (when the balance must be paid in full) payment plans are available as well.

How many final images should I expect to receive?

Depending on the package you select the amount of images varies, however if you're set to receive 600 images and we have 20 images that you absolutely need to have, they are yours free of charge!

If I hire you, when will I receive a written contract?

As soon as you would like to hire us to cover your event, we can generate a contract within (3) business days and present them to you in person or via email to be digitally signed.

Do you shoot Quinceaneras, Debutants, Bah Mitzvahs, or Corporate Events?

Yes. These are all in the scope of "event photography" and we have chosen to focus and excel at wedding and event photography. We would love to cover your next event!
